      Sunday School

      Sunday School begins the Sunday after Labor Day with Rally Day Worship at 9:00 AM and meets during the school year following worship 10:15-11:00. For children Pre-K through 6th Grade. Contact youth@rushcityfirstlutheran.org to register your child.

      WASP

      (Wednesday After School Program)

      Learning, snack, music and games! WASP begins on Wednesdays a week after school begins and meets 3:15-4:45. For children Kindergarten through 6th Grade. Transportation from CE Jacobson Elementary is provided. Contact youth@rushcityfirstlutheran.org to register your child for WASP.

      First Communion

      Older elementary children prepare for their first communion during Sunday School in October or March. Children can receive their first communion on All Saints Sunday (early November) or Maundy Thursday (Thursday before Easter).

      Vacation Bible School

      An annual get-together for our Pre-K through 6th Grade children. See our newsletter or send an email to youth@rushcityfirstlutheran.org

    • Confirmation

      Faith Formation for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders begins on Wednesdays a week after school begins and meets from 5:00-6:45 (Family Meal served 5:00-5:30). Affirmation of Baptism for 8th graders is on Reformation Sunday (last Sunday of October). Contact youth@rushcityfirstlutheran.org to register your child for Confirmation.

      Youth Group
